The Balacony in our Panoramic Double or Twin room was an absolute gem, with stunning views and that warm morning sun hitting just right. We also appreciated the superb support for parking and bike storage, making our stay feel effortless and accommodating.
I would have preferred to have a walk-in shower rather than a shower over the bath.

Fantastic Mountain Views and Attentive Staff
We stayed in a Panoramic Double or Twin room with breathtaking views of the Alps, which made our mornings magical. The staff's attentiveness truly stood out. they went above and beyond to help us with various requests, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast selection was remarkable, featuring freshly baked pastries and a variety of organic juices that set a delightful tone for each day. On the downside, the dinner menu could benefit from more diverse choices to enhance the dining experience throughout a longer stay.

Perfect match for a brief stop-in in Alpe d'Huez with decent value for money. The staff were friendly and even recommended some great local restaurants we would not have found otherwise. Consider checking out the nearby bars for some fun after skiing.

Staying for winter sports, the ease of ski hire right below us was fantastic. The views from our Panoramic Duplex Room were unforgettable, especially in the mornings when the sun hit the mountains. The outdoor pool area was invigorating after a long day on the slopes. A minor downside was that my children wished for more family-friendly amenities to occupy their time. Nonetheless, we enjoyed a delightful week in this beautiful region.

The hotel sits perfectly near the bucket lift, making ski access a breeze. I enjoyed spacious rooms equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bar area offered a cozy ambiance with live music, a highlight for relaxation after skiing. Breakfast featured a decent variety, but the coffee machine created unnecessary queues. My main concern stemmed from the room's temperature, which was a bit too warm. The bedding could have been more comfortable. the foam pillows were not ideal. I appreciated the organized ski storage, making it easy to hit the slopes. Entertainment in the bar area was a nice touch, particularly after a long day on the mountain. A few minor details need addressing, like the lack of power plugs by the beds and the awkward design of the shower setup. These small issues slightly tarnished an otherwise delightful stay.
